About the Role

  • Develop goal/ ambition for Single Malts/Whiskey category, which includes brands Talisker, Singleton, Mortlach, Special Release and Bulleit – Set long-term/ short-term brand objective and strategy by analyzing market trend, consumer insight, competitor activities and estimation of industry growth under limited supervision from Category Manager.

  • Manage brand portfolio financial figures and product portfolio by actively leading new product launching, demand forecasting by commercial channel, P&L and budget.

  • Lead annual brand campaign plans to reach target consumers effectively/ efficiently by applying global platforms and developing comprehensive 360-degree local connections plan including ATL - digital/ social activation, and BTL – experiential and channel planning.

  • Develop brand creatives and strong activation of media plan, ensuring activation relevance to brand strategy and identity.

  • Initiate the development of BTL programs and execution including in-store/ in-venue POSM, Promo pack, promotions under brand strategy and brand architecture.

  • Collaborate with internal/ external team members and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Coordinate and participate in various public relations efforts.

  • Lead the analysis and understanding of business variables, monitoring of competition, industry and consumer trends.

  • Brand sales, depletion, and trends

  • Brand health and campaign or marketing activity evaluation

  • P&L including budget management

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages

  • University degree required.

  • Fluent in English

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Integrated Marketing Communications

  • Past experiences should include:

  • Brand/ portfolio management

  • Integrated campaign management

  • Integrated marketing communications

  • New product development / localization

  • Luxury experience would be highly preferred

  • Culture marketing experience would be highly preferred

  • Cross functional teams engagement

  • Global and regional stakeholder engagement

  • Knowledge in using various tools for STP (segmentation, targeting, positioning)

  • Good knowledge of digital media & SNS

  • Excellent communication, presentation and creative thinking skills
