ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Homes.com is looking for a skilled Sales Effectiveness Operations Process Manager to develop strategies and content to drive cohesion across Homes.com and with other brands in support of our business team and revenue growth goals. You will directly contribute to some of the most impactful programs driving the success of our fast-growing team of 700+ sales representatives.
Learning and development content and repository
Partner with learning and development team to develop and maintain effective and engaging learning materials, utilizing learning technologies to enhance access and utilization of resources.
Develop and maintain a repository of resources for our sales representatives and leaders to leverage as they engage prospects and customers, run a well-managed team, and comply with our company and line of business standards.
Create engaging content, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia presentations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness.
Communications strategies
Partner with sales associates, sales leaders, learning and development teams, sales effectiveness, product, marketing, and other CoStar brand associates to bring the Homes.com sales team vision to life and ensure all parties have on message communications and content.
Develop, implement and manage communication plans, partner with key leaders, and craft compelling key messaging content for various channels to support organizational goals.
Ensure consistency in messaging across the organization, from leaders, in training, Go To Market content (prospecting, servicing, etc) with other CoStar brand partners, with CoStar media and investor relations representative so that they can tell the Homes.com story.
Ensure effective communications and partnership strategies with other Brands to effectively leverage sales investments and resources for the broader company benefit.
Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Employee engagement
Design and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to drive satisfaction and retention, to include conducting surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee needs and measure engagement levels.
Collaborate with HR and management teams to create strategies that address employee concerns and improve morale.
Analyze engagement data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Change management
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational change initiatives.
Assess the impact of changes on various stakeholders and develop tailored communication and training plans.
Collaborate with project managers and leaders to integrate change management practices into project plans.
Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify and address concerns and resistance.
Design and deliver training programs and workshops to equip employees with the skills needed for change adaptation.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, making adjustments as needed.
Create and manage communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, and updates.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees throughout the change process.
Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in change management.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
Track record of commitment to prior employers
6+ years of experience in communications or public relations, with a focus on strategic planning and execution, project management, marketing, or related professional areas
Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth business environments with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams, including executive audiences.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
Effectively leverage insights from both data analytics and associate best practices in solution designs
