Adecco US, Inc. HR Admin Assistant in Seminole, Florida

Adecco is hiring an HR Admin for a large global manufacturing company in Seminole, FL. If you’re organized, high energy, adaptable, and ready to take control, we want you to join us!

Work Schedule:

  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all areas of HR, moving around the plant as needed.

  • Track Purchase Orders (POs) and assist with Kronos time corrections.

  • Prepare reports and track various items related to HR functions.

  • Utilize strong MS Office skills to manage documentation and data entry.

  • Familiarity with Kronos/WorkDay.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in various systems.

  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative.

  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability to change.

Compensation:

  • $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (flexible based on experience).

Dress Code:

  • Casual attire is acceptable.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
