Customer Cycle Development and Product Testing

Our client in Sellersville, PA is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. As a Development Testing Specialist you will provide operational support, customer cycle development, product testing, and assist with sterilization training. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in sterilization and bio-decontamination experience within a biopharmaceutical or medical equipment manufacturing environment.

What will you be doing?

• Perform tests on products and technology applications.

• Assist leadership in planning, coordinating, preparing, and facilitating hands-on process training for sterilization, bio-decontamination, and washing.

• Assist Management and Staff during the quote process by completing cycle development/performance qualifications questionnaires.

• Collect and analyze data in a timely manner.

• Create, review, and approve calibration certificates.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude!

• Bachelor of Science degree required, preferable Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.

• 2+ years of working experience within a Technical or Industrial environment.

• cGMP and Aseptic processing/manufacturing knowledge.

• Ability to understand and convey engineering principles and scientific information.

• Analytical skills: bring structure to ill-defined problems.

• Genuine willingness to learn.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills.
