Description and Requirements

Position Overview: Sales Trainee - E-commerce (Malaysia KYDP Trainees Only)

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic sales trainee to play a pivotal role in our sales journey. Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage schedules for Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to avoid overlaps, and log sickness and annual leave in collaboration with Operations teams.

  2. Actively manage proactive chat messaging to ensure it is always updated and does not conflict with existing events.

  3. Proactively raise and manage IT tickets to address technical concerns.

  4. Add all EDU email addresses to the Lenovo database using the Domain Collecting System, as per ISR requirements.

  5. Serve as a backup for Inside Sales Representatives, handling chat and inbound responsibilities as needed.

  6. Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.

Trainee Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on supporting sales activities.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
