The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall product experience. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid concepting and prototyping to quickly reach development of a minimum viable product that can be iteratively tested and designed towards a typically targeted 6+ month launch. 
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design practices
• Build a demo and present to internal executives

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role at an enterprise company, innovation hub or digital product agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing wireframing, prototyping, and UX design projects
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
