Insight Global Technical Program Manager in Seattle, Washington

Job Description

The Identity Onboarding Program Manager is responsible for executing new business unit onboarding's to Identity Services, manage large cross functional programs and provide on-going support for Tier 1 Business Units with ongoing Identity needs. This position will manage scope, schedules, risks, external dependencies, and communication to business units and senior leadership.

This position will manage scope, schedules, external dependencies and communication with the business as well as effectively managing any needed compliance reviews. This team is looking for someone to be the interface between the Business unit and Tech team. The business units will request that they want a new tool, feature, newsletter or something through system. This person will help them to do this work; getting all the approvals, scheduling additional work with engineering, and obtain legal approval. This person needs to have a technical mindset and will be working very independently. This role is more on the stake holder side/client, therefore the ideal candidate will also need solid communication skills.

Skills and Requirements

Strong documentation experience, specifically around processes

 Strong experience interacting with different stakeholders

 Experience with Atlassian productivity tools such as Jira, Slack, Confluence

 PM fundamentals - experience serving as a liaison between business and technical teams, managing intake, approval and delivery processes, managing scope, schedules, etc. null
