UW MEDICINE ENTERPRISE ACCESS AND THE DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PROJECTS AND OPERATIONS has an outstanding opportunity for a SYSTEM PROJECTS AND OPERATIONS PROJECT MANAGER Work Schedule

• 100% FTE

• FULLY REMOTE POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Develop tracking tools and systems for operational improvements and reporting

• Manage varied and complex contracting workflows, ensure timely payments and compliance with organizational policies

• Providing high-level administrative and scheduling support for senior leadership, maintaining alignment with strategic priorities

• Navigating sensitive data and ensuring communication remains clear and confidential DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION UW Medicine Enterprise Access and the Director of Strategic Projects and Operations PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Special Initiative Management

• Financial and Contract Management

• Executive Administrative Support REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, contracting, or administrative operations, preferably in a healthcare setting

• Proficiency in managing complex projects, including tracking progress and synthesizing data into actionable plans

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience coordinating across departments

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools
