Blue Origin LLC System Administrator -Supply Chain in Seattle, Washington

As part of a diverse and hardworking team of professionals, specialists, and engineers, you will be responsible for maintaining a functional and effective supply chain system ecosystem. In this role you will manage the day to day operations and administration of several software critical to the success of Blue Origin Supply Chain Management. You will also, at times, represent the organization in multi-functional software collaborations, implementations or upgrades. We are searching for a system level thinker that has excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication, and an ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment. Experience working with Costpoint software is required. Responsibilities: Maintain assigned system configuration and provide solutions to system configuration constraints Coordinate and support testing of new software versions/system features/configuration changes Set up new user accounts and adjust permissions within user roles as needed Update system configurations as needed to align with business process or policy changes Represent the supply chain management organization in cross-company system changes or implementations affecting the organization Qualifications: Experience with Costpoint system Ability to dig into system problems and recommend solutions Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong analytical capabilities Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to an inclusive culture. Ability to work with minimum oversight in a fast-paced environment Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
