Providence St. Joseph Health Supervisor Patient Access in Seattle, Washington
Description Accountable for the supervision and delegation of all aspects of daily departmental operations. Develops and implements an operational plan that includes staffing resources, policies and procedures, and quality improvement activities. Ensure timely, accurate and compliant registration and financial counseling of all patients. Assures that all staff adheres to Swedish's customer service standards. Assures that all staff is compliant with Organization and Department required competencies. Works with department Manager to resolve problems impacting the patient access revenue cycle. Able to perform all duties of Financial Counselor, Registration Representative and Receptionist Clerk. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required qualification: 4 years Experience in healthcare related registration, billing, and/or financial counseling.
