As a sr. project manager (global planning & and business integration) on the Store Development team, you will be an activator and connector by leading highly complex projects and facilitating change communities in our collective effort to reach ambitious business objectives.

As a sr. manager, project manager, you will…

  • Lead and enable Store Development through project management, cross-functional collaboration, and community management.

  • Track and report on change and communication effectiveness via digital dashboards.

  • Execute and track communications strategies across set internal channels.

  • Lead Store Development change community and/or communities related to highly prioritized projects; and program manage projects related to these communities.

  • Develop communications related to change communities and projects.

  • Assess, document, and communicate guidance and feedback from change communities.

  • Provide project, community, and data management expertise.

Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of US military experience

  • 5+ years of project management

  • 5+ years managing complex projects

  • 2+ years developing and managing analytics via digital dashboards (Power BI or Tableau knowledge is preferred)

  • 2+ years developing business communications.
