Amazon Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Amazon Fresh Private Brands in Seattle, Washington

Amazon Fresh Private Brands (AFPB) is looking for a talented and driven marketing leader who will lead our AFPB events program. The high-performing leader will deliver across cross functional teams like supply chain, product and central Amazon Fresh teams to drive visibility and sales of Private Brands during events like Prime Day, Holiday and many others. This role will also focus on driving special marketing programs.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about brand, marketing and have outstanding stakeholder management, communication and project management abilities. They should excel in both strategic thinking and tactical execution, as responsibilities range from developing superb marketing ideas, driving complex projects forward and developing strong analytics and reporting. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key job responsibilities

Understand customer and market trends to develop event marketing plans.

Lead a cross-functional group across multiple teams to execute events.

Analyze and report to senior leadership on performance of events and programs.

Drive and execute special programs for marketing

Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
