NA Stores ACES Product team is looking for a motivated, hard-working Product Manager (Technical) to join our team. Our goal is to establish Amazon Stores as the preferred retailer for Selling Partners while increasing internal employee efficiency by eliminating manual work and improving Amazon’s cost to serve (CTS). In this role you will own strategy, feature development, and marketing for a product used daily by thousands of Amazon employees and Selling Partners across dozens of regions and businesses. A successful candidate will be able to make data-driven prioritization decisions quickly, define clear and detailed requirements for a wide variety of use cases, and work effectively with a dedicated software development team. You will also have a track record of earning trust, exerting influence, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

  • Developing user insights and a thorough understanding of internal and selling partner experiences, including internal tooling trends and best practices for the internal stakeholders and selling partners

  • Creating a vision and prioritizing opportunities to improve the selling partner experience

  • Building business requirements for products, collaborating with engineering teams, and making decisions that ensure delivery to those requirements

  • Testing and iterating on products to ensure product success and to define follow-on features, using business and adoption metrics to inform your perspectives

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
