About the Role: Revenue Operations plays a crucial role in driving financial success by developing, maintaining, and continuously optimizing the operations, platforms, and intelligence that empower our go-to-market teams. This team collaborates across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring operational efficiency and financial accuracy throughout the customer lifecycle. As a strategic leader within Revenue Operations, the Senior Product Manager, Finance Platform will own the Finance Platform roadmap, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance cross-functional collaboration to improve business outcomes. As the Sr. Product Manager, Finance Platform, you will take a leadership role in defining and evolving our Finance Platform strategy. You will work closely with the Manager, Finance Platform and key stakeholders, including executives, to assess business needs, shape platform vision, and drive execution. Utilizing your deep expertise in financial processes, enterprise platforms, automation, and integrated systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle ERP, Sidetrade, SPIFF), you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability. Your ability to influence, innovate, and execute at a high level will be critical to ensuring the success of our financial operations. Primary Job Responsibilities: Deeply understand the needs, pain points, and workflows of internal customers to drive operational efficiency and improved business outcomes Own and prioritize the roadmap for the Finance Platform, ensuring it delivers value and aligns with compliance requirements Develop and execute a comprehensive Finance Platform strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances operational efficiency Develop detailed functional specifications for tool, code/low code, workflow, and data changes to the Finance Platform Write and maintain clear, concise, and detailed product requirement documentation (PRD) to guide development and ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for scalability and efficiency Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to meet Finance needs, including CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Revenue Operations, IT, and Engineering to drive platform improvements Track and analyze KPIs, engagement, and usage metrics to measure the platform's impact and guide decision-making Stay current with finance technologies, digital trends, and best practices to enhance the platform's capabilities Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred) 8+ years of experience in product management, financial systems, or business process optimization, with a proven track record of leadersh
