We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our talented software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in the field of aerospace, particularly within the manufacturing planning and execution process. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record of successfully leading software development projects from inception to delivery. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies. Experience with cloud-based environments, particularly AWS. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
