As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include integrating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM or MES) layer - along with developing and maintain roadmap to improve integrations for planning and finance as Blue evolves. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing operations, supply chain, product design, UX, ERP, IT and other teams to build a world class manufacturing operations management suite. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of ERP/MES integration strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and manufacturing requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for MES implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and validation. Ensure seamless integration of MES with Quality Management Systems (QMS) to maintain real-time data accuracy and regulatory compliance. Oversee the detailed scheduling of manufacturing activities, leveraging MES capabilities to optimize resource allocation and production timelines. Collaborate with IT teams to customize and enhance MES functionality to meet the evolving needs of the manufacturing environment. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and system architecture diagrams. Monitor MES performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide training and support to manufacturing teams on MES functionalities and best practices. Act as a liaison between manufacturing, quality assurance, and IT teams to resolve any issues related to MES execution and data linkage. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MES and manufacturing orchestration to ensure our processes remain competitive. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience as a software Product Manager, with a bias toward supply chain ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). 5+ years working in manufacturing centric business, with an understanding of end to end supply chain value stream. 2+ years of SQL development experience including strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-driven decisions. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
