Who you Are:

The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare quarterly and annual federal income tax provisions, along with a focus on the quarterly and annual income tax compliance. Responsibilities also include: supporting the perpetration and review of state income tax returns, maintaining current knowledge of relevant tax laws affecting the company, reviewing transactions for tax implications and recommending actions that meet the business plans while staying compliant with tax obligations. This position will also be responsible for the extraction and analysis of financial information from internal accounting systems.

Your Next Challenge:

• Preparation of quarterly federal estimated income tax payments
• Support the preparation and review of domestic and international tax returns
• Extraction and analysis of financial information from general ledger systems
• Assist in responding to tax authority examinations
• Assist in preparation of the quarterly GAAP tax provision
• Undertake research and planning projects
• Coordination with cross functional projects which involve the tax department

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant and/or management experience in this field
• Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Significant tax compliance experience
• Experience with income tax concepts and practice
• Knowledgeable of accounting and GAAP concepts
• Familiar with complex general ledger/accounting systems(Oracle or equivalent)
• Bachelor degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
• CPA/MST preferred

The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $85,500 to USD $114,000 per annum. Getty Images has different ranges in different locations within the US, and this range represents the starting base pay range. Actual compensation will depend on factors including but not limited to: qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, certification, business needs, performance, and level of responsibility along with the requirements of the position. Health Insurance

We provide Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance for you and your family. We partner with Meritain (An Aetna Company), and CVS Caremark to provide you with two options for medical coverage - a POS plan and an HSA-qualified (Health Savings Account) Plan. The POS plan comes with a $200 per year Getty Images contribution to an FSA account.
