Job Title: Security Design Engineer

Job Description

A growing multi-disciplinary design-build company is seeking security designers for numerous upcoming projects in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience within telecom design, familiarity with Revit, and come from an electrical background . This is a great opportunity for an entry to mid-level designer to grow into a Project Manager role within 2 years at a company that highly values employee growth, career goals, and the relationships they build with clients and colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience within security/telecom design

  • Must know Revit

  • Minimum 1 additional qualification below

  • Surveillance Video

  • Electronic Access Control & Door Hardware

  • Intrusion Detection/Prevention

  • Mass Notification/Emergency Communications

  • Panic/Duress Alarming

  • IP Networks & Transport Technologies

  • Server & Storage Area Networks

  • Parking Control/Point-of-Sale

  • Command & Control Facilities

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, Washington and some days remote.

Work Environment

3 days a week in office, 2 remote
