Job Title: General Labor/Firewatch

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Laborers/Firewatch personnel to assist with various tasks including painting, lagging, insulation, taping, cleaning, and decking on Naval Ships. Previous shipyard experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with painting tasks on Naval Ships

• Perform lagging and insulation duties

• Handle taping and decking assignments

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of work areas

• Monitor fire safety as part of Firewatch duties

Essential Skills

• General labor skills

• Firewatch experience

• Painting proficiency

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous shipyard experience is a plus

• Carpentry skills are advantageous

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
