Description

Robert Half is searching for a Project Manager to support a large coffee client based in Seattle, WA. This project manager will be working in tandem with Project coordinators to enhance the learning delivery services. This position can be done 100% remote and is a 6 month contract with potential to extend to one year.

Job Duties:

· Performs project management activities including issue management, status reporting, calendaring, scheduling, agenda building, action item follow-up

· Supports team in identifying, verifying, tracking, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities in team operations

· Leads the team in daily operations stand-ups, tracking status and actions

· Manages and optimizes team’s operational cadence and operational calendars

· Manages (or leads others) the team’s customer-facing Inbox, Outlook calendar, team’s SharePoint site

· Manages (or leads others) in the end-to-end learning delivery process, from intake to capturing learning completion

· Consolidates learning feedback from multiple sources, and presents the data in a Power BI dashboard

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in Project Management or related role

· Knowledgeable in pulling reports and reviewing data within Power BI

· Experienced in utilizing Microsoft office 365 tools like Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and others.

· Nice to have: Power Automate
