Actalent Project Engineer in Seattle, Washington

Job Title: Project EngineerJob Description

The Project Engineer assists the Project Manager with the planning and daily execution of our projects. Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule, as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials and maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability and while complying with our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelors' Degree in Construction Management or Related Field

  • 2+ years' experience within a GC in commercial construction

  • Experience performing RFI's, submittals, close out procedures

Soft Skills

  • Project Financial Responsibilities

  • Preconstruction Services

  • Project Start-up and Scheduling

  • RFI

  • Change orders

  • Submittals

  • Project Administration, Coordination, and Close-out

  • Promote Customer Relations

  • Promote Culture, Leadership and Employee Development

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Seattle, Washington.

Work Environment

Once assigned, will be working on-site at projects in the greater Seattle area
