Join us on our mission to transform the world, one student, one teacher, and one community at a time. The Program Manager, Marketing Automation leads ownership of Promethean's global Pardot instance. They are the gatekeepers for the data relationship between regional Pardot activity and Salesforce. It is the Marketing Automation Manager's role to ensure effective procedures and best practices of the global Pardot instance, ensuring data is managed correctly and can be reported on. The Program Manager is the gatekeeper for all email marketing programs and the lead analyst for generating and interpreting marketing reports. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and optimize a best-in-class marketing automation platform, methodology, and infrastructure that intersects with Promethean's marketing tech stack and tools to manage top-of-funnel engagement metrics, lead scoring, and nurturing for Promethean globally. Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimization of content mix, frequency, etc. to meet monthly and quarterly goals. Manage third-party MarTech vendors (tasks and time) and Promethean's external third-party consultants for additional support and overflow. Optimize and own the database toolset for customer segmentation, augmentation and insights, data hygiene, and synchronization across the MAP (Marketing Automation Platform) and CRM (Salesforce), as well as ensure the database is legally compliant with GDPR and other data privacy laws/regulations. Collaborate with the global marketing team on how best to improve data quality, data hygiene, reporting, and segmentation. Measure the demand funnel for each stage establish benchmarks and goals for ongoing performance improvement and share with key stakeholders and executives via reporting dashboards. * Update marketing campaign workflows as changes to business requirements dictate. Lead marketing team in analyzing and reporting marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and provide feedback. Work closely with the marketing teams to deliver highly effective lead generation, event, and demand generation programs. Create email campaigns and nurture programs. Work closely with sales and sales operations to handle lead scoring, routing, and assignment between Pardot and Salesforce. Consult and train marketing teams while establishing best practices on campaign creation and execution as it relates to Marketing Automation and closed-loop reporting. Work closely with the web team to ensure forms and data collection are optimized for conversion, and follow all necessary privacy laws.
