We're looking for a Program Manager - Building Performance Team to lead our energy standards initiatives with our Building Performance Team for Washington and Oregon. You will lead the strategy development to help our customers create and implement plans associated with building performance standards within municipalities, city ordinances, county, state and federal regulations and energy codes influencing both carbon reduction, and energy use within the built environment. As a Program Manager you will collaborate with and be supported by a diverse team of stakeholders across the organization. This role specifically will be tasked with implementing initiatives to support the organization's strategic direction as it pertains to ensuring that buildings comply with performance standards and regulations related to energy efficiency, overall sustainability goals and environmental impact. The Program Manager works in conjunction with identified Building Service and Construction members and leaders. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Stakeholder Engagement, Communications and Alignment: Organize the Building Performance Standard program activities to align with the organization's vision and strategic goals. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to establish a unified approach to building performance management.
