*JOB DUTIES: *

Manage and execute global user acquisition campaigns across mobile channels (Social, Ad network, DSPs, and others) and grow app download revenues for our F2P (free-to-play) mobile games. Manage day-to-day collaboration with partners to optimize campaign performance and deliver business KPIs. Optimize existing channels, improve operational processes, and drive new testing initiatives. Manage cross functional projects and work closely with internal and external partners to drive a direct impact on the business. Deep dive into ongoing performance to identify and execute on improvement. Monitor, measure, and report on key performance metrics on an ongoing basis. Manage fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on schedule and on target. Collaborate with other team members to share insights and knowledge. Build and document best practices and processes to improve operational efficiency. Manage technical Ad Operations including campaign tracking, measurement, and integration. May work from home.

*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:   *

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Marketing Intelligence, or related field plus three (3) years of experience in the offered position or as User Acquisition Manager, Growth Marketing Intern/Coordinator/Manager, or related position.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:     

Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be "quantified" by "time." Required expertise/knowledge includes: Expertise in leading major advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic ad networks, and ability to successfully creating, optimizing, and managing large-scale campaigns on these platforms, leading to substantial user growth and increased revenue for the company; Data analysis and reporting experience, including analyzing data from various sources which include advertising platforms, analytics tools, and internal databases; Experience utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs), including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV) to drive significant improvements in user acquisition efforts for the company; Experience with mobile attribution and analytics platforms, including AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch and ability to effectively utilize these tools to track and attribute user acquisitions, analyze user behavior, and measure in-app events that drive revenue and engagement, significantly contributing to the company's growth; Impactful A/B Testing and Experimentation experience, including proven track record of designing and implementing A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign performance; Experience using advanced functions of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting) to manipulate large datasets, perform complex calculations, and create custom reports for the company to contribute to data driven decision-making and improved user acquisition strategies.

OTHER:   Job Site: 906 Alaskan Way, Suite 700, Seattle, WA 98104.  40 hours/week; Salary: $126,797 - $134,645 per year.  If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S.  EOE.
