Responsibilities: Participate in Transfer Pricing and related tax services, including end-to-end supply chain, value chain analyses and restructuring, intellectual property valuation, audit defense, Advance Pricing Agreements, global tax planning, U.S. and global Transfer Pricing compliance, and operational Transfer Pricing. Perform financial and economic analyses, including benchmarking analyses, valuation models, taxation models for purpose of supporting tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution. Perform statistical, economic, and financial analysis on economic, regulatory, and policy issues. Develop financial models to analyze and price transactions and financial instruments. Manipulate large data sets to support statistical, economic, and financial analyses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Developing financial models to analyze and price transactions and financial instruments; performing intellectual property valuation based on financial data; performing Transfer Pricing due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions; U.S. Transfer Pricing Regulations; OECD Guidelines; and Advance Pricing Agreements.
