LLMOps Engineer

Job Duties:

- Ops support forLLM models including incidents management, ongoing model management andmaintenance, and user support

- GenAI solutionsmonitoring and maintenance, including performance monitoring, user interactionmonitoring and efficacy monitoring

- Guardrails reviewand monitoring including bais audits, and other identified guardrail checksbased on implemented GenAI solutions

- Code managementsupport including proactive code optimization beyond break fixes.

Qualifications:

- Strongexperience in developing, deploying, and managing large language models,specifically on Microsoft Azure.

- Provenexpertise in Azure cloud platforms and services, including Azure MachineLearning, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Azure DevOps.

- Strongknowledge of LLMOPS guardrails implementation practices.

- Excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment.

- Strongcommunication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders.
