Robert Half Legal Support II in Seattle, Washington

Description We are in search of a proficient Legal Support II to join our team based in Seattle, Washington. This role is a long-term contract employment opportunity that requires the individual to assist our Regulatory Intelligence Safety and Compliance Legal team. The primary job function revolves around navigating complex product regulations, developing and implementing compliance actions, and coordinating with various teams to implement processes and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in thorough research and analysis of federal and state regulations to understand their implications on our operations.

• Develop and implement compliance actions in response to complex product regulations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation related to product regulations and compliance actions.

• Coordinate with legal and business teams on proposed actions and ensure their implementation across multiple teams.

• Manage multiple internal and external escalations with efficiency and professionalism.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills in managing and monitoring customer accounts.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently while maintaining precise customer credit records.

• Showcase excellent written communication skills in all interactions, both internally and externally.

• Utilize decision-making skills to drive operations and policy decisions.

• Work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

• Exhibit curiosity and a desire to learn and understand new and complex regulations. Requirements • Possession of strong skills in Documentation and Operations.

• Proven experience in Policy development and Compliance management.

• Excellent Research and Research Analysis capabilities.

• Proficiency in Project Management, handling Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

• Experience in providing Workstation Support.

• Familiarity with Local and general Regulation requirements.

• Proven Decision-Making and Written Communication skills.

• Ability to Synthesize complex information effectively.

• Knowledge of RISC (Risk and Information Systems Control).

• Strong Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
