Description

TOP MID-SIZE, FULL- SERVICE LAW FIRM in Seattle is seeking a dynamic legal assistant to support their reputable and growing transactional teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate law and/or real estate transactions. The position will also involve some client interaction, so excellent communication skills are essential.

This firm provides top of the market benefits and salaries, a very flexible remote schedule, casual work environment, and excellent employee retention.

Duties include:

• Calendaring and scheduling

• Composing, proofreading and finalizing corporate and real estate documents

• Maintaining case files

• Travel arrangements, expense reports, and additional administrative duties

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000.

Qualifications:
