Lead Architect, lululemon usa inc., Seattle, WA. Accountable for the architecture of lululemon's enterprise payments technology, Fraud Detection technology, in-store commerce, and integrations using cloud services to support omni guest experiences. Work with other architects and functional leaders to ensure that all designs are clear and complete for successful execution. Solve design problems and lead engineers and architects through delivery & implementation. Act as a key technical leader, driving alignment and clarity across multiple stakeholder groups. Provide architecture delivery support across multiple teams within a delivery unit and actively drive solution alignment between Architects, Sr Architects, Sr. Software Engineers, Lead Engineers, Program & Project Managers, and Product, Business & Engineering leadership.  Act as solution design lead for complex or mission critical projects and initiatives that requires cross-team collaboration spanning an entire Director and above level organization. Take ownership of designs, breaking work into smaller tasks for Architects, Sr. Architects and may also delegate to Software Engineers and Sr. Software Engineer. Provide architectural perspectives and needs during cross-functional roadmap development. Ensure that product/business solutions align to organizational technology strategy.

Telecommuting permitted up to two days per week within same geographic location as assigned office location.

40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field plus (7) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions on cloud-based architectures or a combination of cloud and on-prem.

Must have 4 years of experience delivering or architecting retail commerce technologies, including in-store commerce, Fraud Protection and payment technologies.

Must have 4 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently):

• Designing for security threat models related to Payments and in store commerce technologies
• Designing and building cloud native AWS solutions, covering for container services, serverless architectures, high availability and fault-tolerance implementations, database services, data integration & big data processing and storage concepts

The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $207,000.00 - $227,000.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
