Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate office equipment. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems, including replacing and installing hardware parts. Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties. Develop schedule upgrades and maintenance without hindering users from completing their work. Performing tests and evaluations on new software. Check daily logs for the following software: AlienVault SIEM and Sophos Antivirus. Develop ConnectWise script for software installation. Provide support to all users Position Requirements Associate or higher degree or equivalent professional experience.
