Providence St. Joseph Health Infusion RN in Seattle, Washington
Description The RN Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or an alternate living site within Seattle and surrounding areas. This is accomplished through collaboration with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer. This position functions as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process, collaborating with other health care workers to promote quality patient care, and acting as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: Idaho Registered Nurse License - if practicing in this location. Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License - if practicing in this location. Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
