Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Information Technology team as our Information Technology Analyst! The Information Technology Manager will support our collection of Hyatt Hotels in Downtown Seattle, a multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8, and Hyatt Regency Seattle.

The Information Technology Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the Local Area Networks within the building. Other responsibilities are managing add/changes and removal of colleagues support of server-based software, maintaining monthly PCI audits, maintaining vendor relationships. This job will include installing and maintaining hotel IT hardware and software in accordance with Hyatt standards, as well as utilizing defined processes, procedures, and protocols to uphold the security, infrastructure, and integrity of hotel networks and systems. In addition, this role is responsible for performing required IT maintenance and upgrades with minimal disruption to hotel operations, as well as maintaining proper backups for supported systems. The IT Analyst focuses on the day-to-day availability and functionality of IT systems in the hotel and resolves standard user issues by troubleshooting end user problems using ServiceNow ticketing system and hotels IT knowledgebase.

The Information Technology Analyst reports to the Area Director Information of Technology. This position is an entry level IT position responsible for onsite IT support of hotels properties.

Schedule flexibility is required for this role.

The salary range for this position is $76,700 to $115,300. The anticipated budget for this position is between $85,000 and $95,000. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

Experience

· Entry level position, with up to 2 years IT help desk or similar systems support experience

· Hotel IT or Operations experience a plus

Education

· Associate’s degree preferred but not required

Certifications

· CompTIA A certification preferred

· CompTIA Network certification preferred

Computer Skills

· Knowledge of general network and TCP/IP

· Basic PC and Server troubleshooting

· Wireless networking
