Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Business Operations Specialist to our growing Service Washington division to provide excellent administrative support. You will be an essential member of a warm and welcoming team, making everything run like clockwork. Additional responsibilities include: Business Operations Coordinate project activities across team members and departments in a timely manner. Schedule, lead, and/or coordinate meetings as requested and ensure tracking and follow-up of resulting action items. Take meeting notes with clarity and accuracy. Maintain notes in a fashion that can be accessed and quickly absorbed by participants and collaborators. Maintain a common file storage for assigned activities. Pre and post meeting communications and coordination detailing agenda, content owners, follow-up, actions, and expectations. Data & Information Management Organize and distribute information to make people's work-lives better. Data reporting and analysis. Ability to pull data from McKinstry databases (Salesforce, PowerBI, excel, etc.) and create clear reports, summaries and support analysis of data. Provide technology troubleshooting to team members on common software challenges, and working with technology experts to resolve more challenging issues Research and compile information project information to help teams solve problems Communication & Relationships Develop and maintain professional internal relationships, providing a high level of customer service across teams, departments and geographies. Manage flow of information to SharePoint, the network and stakeholders. Teach and coach team members on department expectations and best practices Participate in purposeful outreach and connection across departments and regions. May participate in cross-departmental and corporate committees and teams. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry Passion for architecture, engineering, accounting, consulting, or other professional services industry Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to learn quickly and build strong relationships. Experience providing business support in a large matrixed organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred. Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Some experience with SharePoint preferred.
