Develop and grow overall volume and profit within FSOP channel including LMP, bottle/can, and retail vending. May lead a team of Account Managers, Market Development Managers, and Business Development Managers in large Sales Centers. Responsibilities: Negotiate and open new business opportunities within territory (grow account base) Grow current customer volume and profits by analyzing and targeting new products or services Achieve volume and performance profit targets for channel of business Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break) Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to become the customer's most valued business partner Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required or High School Diploma (or GED) with additional experience required Must have valid Driver's License and clean MVR Must have reliable vehicle that meets criteria of Runzheimer program required With Bachelor's degree: 1+ years of experience in sales required With HS Diploma: 3+ years of experience in sales required Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Come and join our Sparkling team! Base pay range is $85,630 to $112,389 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
