Job Title: Expense Reimbursement AnalystJob Description
As an Expense Reimbursement Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and verifying costs against report documentation. Your role involves auditing dashboards for expense reporting trends and policy interpretation. You will communicate with all levels of employees to address inquiries, provide training on expense policies, and ensure clear, concise communication throughout the organization. Additionally, you will prepare reports, review dashboards to track trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions. You will also create reports, analyze data for performance metrics, and support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, Washington and some days remote.
Work Environment
Initially onsite at SeaTac main corporate office with potential to transition to a hybrid model. Thursdays are required in office for physical check runs. The department is currently transitioning towards a hybrid model with 2 days work from home.
