Locations: Sales - WA - Seattle, United States of America, Seattle, Washington Dealer Success Manager - Seattle, WA As a Dealer Success Manager, you will create and modify processes while collaborating with forward thinking leadership to influence results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. You will educate and gain buy-in from key auto dealer stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time. The primary role of this dealer facing associate is to onboard and train dealers on products and processes while working with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. You will play a key role in Capital One's technology and relationship evolution. Because of this, there will be a high level of travel within the Seattle Metro area. We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, sales professionals who excel in a team environment, are experts in process improvement, and have strong interpersonal skills. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. Due to the training and product nature of this role, we are looking for a customer centric individual who can excel at training/driving tool adoption, with the ability to deeply understand the product and troubleshoot a number of technical issues on the fly. Travel: This position will be traveling up to 80 percent of the time in the Seattle Metro area. General Responsibilities: -Training and onboarding dealerships onto different programs, with follow-up meetings to ensure product and process understanding - Assisting in the creation of training and onboarding materials and processes for dealerships - Product and Process troubleshooting - Frequent visits to dealerships on our programs (80% travel) - Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes - Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the Sales organization Basic Qualifications: - High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification - At least 1 year of experience in Process Management - At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management OR within a Dealer Vendor or Dealership Preferred Qualifications: - 2 + years experiencewith dealer systems (CRM, DMS, etc.) as well as new tools/technology - 2 + years of presentation and communication skills - 2+years experiencein Process management ORRelationship management OR within a Dealer Vendor or Dealership At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Washington (Hybrid On-Site): $100,600 - $114,800 for Dealer Success Manager (SM224) Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
