We are seeking a dedicated individual for our Business Immigration Paralegal role in Seattle. Working within our multi-office law firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business immigration attorneys. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and filing business immigration petitions and applications

• Preparing and reviewing evidence and supporting documentation

• Handling communication with government agencies and clients

• Managing client files and caseloads effectively

• Conducting thorough legal research and writing memoranda and reports

• Utilizing your knowledge of Immigration Law and Employment-Based Immigration

• Using your skills with Microsoft Office Suite and legal software to perform tasks efficiently

• Ensuring all work is carried out independently and as part of a team.
