In this role, you will support brand and marketing communications for the North American Coffee Partnership (NACP) – a joint venture run by Starbucks Coffee Company and PepsiCo. This role will focus on the multiserve chilled segment of the NACP business, which includes our Iced Coffee, Iced Espresso and Cold Brew platforms.
As a brand manager I, you will…
Lead the development of consumer comms and programs – You will lead the development of a multi-million-dollar communication strategy all the way through to execution and measurement, serving as brand lead for creative/program development, agency briefings, creative testing, project and timeline management and budget management.
Manage the day-to-day on the Chilled businesses – As the category lead, you will be responsible for analyzing consumption performance and providing strategic recommendations to grow the business, as well as providing sales support to our Tropicana Brands Group sales/distribution partners.
Inspire and influence others – You will build strong relationships within a matrix structure to ensure achievement of business objectives.
We’d love to hear from people with:
Progressive experience in product innovation, brand management, marketing, retail, or strategy consulting (5-7 years).
Progressive experience leading large cross-functional projects, synthesizing disparate points of data or feedback, and gaining alignment with multiple levels of leaders.
Experience leading brand communication and marketing programs.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage through ambiguity.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
MBA preferred.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
