Description

Robert Half is seeking a fully onsite, full-charge bookkeeper to assist one of our luxury retail clients in the University District area. This position requires the utmost confidentiality, attention to detail, and a strong critical thinking skills. As their Full Charge Bookkeeper, you handle the in-house accounting needs for multiple entities alongside the controller and CFO. Responsibilities include:

• Managing AP/AR

• Expense reporting

• Payroll preparation and processing

• Posting and reconciliation of cash, bank accounts, and revenues.

• GL maintenance, making adjustments as necessary.

• Creating journal entries for all accounts, including fixed assets

• Report preparation

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be able to commute onsite (100% on-site position based in Seattle, WA)

• 2+ years accounting experience, including AP, AR, reconciliations, reporting, and full charge/payroll processing.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

• Experience in retail or hospitality accounting is a plus.
