Experienced Bartenders

The Metropolitan Grill is looking for experienced bartenders. Individuals will be passionate about food, beverage, education, and training. Great people skills, can do attitude, hard work ethic, and flexible schedule. A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required.

*Must Have:      *

• At least 5 years fine dining experience
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be available nights and weekends
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance required
• Can work "on their feet" for extended periods of time
• Able to sustain high energy activities for extended periods of time, handle stress and remain cool under pressure

Pay: Average $42-58/hour with commissions and tips

$5/hour base rate (full range $5-12.50/hour) + 10% commission on individual gross sales and 5% commission on all gross beverage sales less bottled wine.*

*In the unlikely event the base rate + commissions in a workweek do not meet or exceed the minimum wage, bartenders will be paid at least the minimum wage of $19.97/hour.
