• Provide and model Starbucks Customer Service Commitment

• Prepare and serve quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers

• Deliver friendly, prompt service; engage with and educate customers about coffee-related topics

• Keep café and production area stocked and clean, maintain pastry case and retail displays according to Starbucks schematics and routines

• Follow operational policies and procedures for point-of-sale systems and safety and security

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Frequently positions self to lift items or boxes/bins of product from floor or low shelving or placing items on low shelving for preparing or cooking food

• Perform all responsibilities to standards of Starbucks franchise, Washington State health code, and UW Dining

• Perform related duties as assigned REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
