Requirements
Accounts Payable Specialist: This is where you come in.
We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with purchase order (PO) experience to take charge of managing and processing company expenses with precision and efficiency. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring financial obligations are met on time while collaborating closely with the accounting and procurement teams to handle purchase orders seamlessly.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:
Master Invoice Processing – Efficiently handle a high volume of invoices with speed and accuracy, ensuring they are correctly sorted, coded, matched, and entered into the system without errors.
Ensure Seamless Payment Reconciliation – Regularly reconcile vendor statements to verify all payments are accurate, up to date, and properly recorded.
Resolve Invoice Discrepancies Proactively – Quickly identify and resolve discrepancies to prevent delays, maintain positive vendor relationships, and uphold financial accuracy.
Deliver Outstanding Vendor Support – Provide timely and professional communication to vendors, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth, hassle-free payment processing.
Maintain Organized Vendor Records – Keep electronic vendor files accurate, up to date, and easily accessible to support efficient financial operations.
Monitor Accounts for Accuracy & Compliance – Track payment statuses, ensuring all accounts remain current while escalating issues when necessary to maintain financial integrity.
Generate Clear & Actionable Reports – Prepare detailed reports on invoice processing, outstanding payments, and reconciliation efforts to support financial decision-making.
Drive Process Improvements – Identify inefficiencies in invoice processing and recommend enhancements to optimize workflows and increase overall efficiency.
The Accounts Payable Specialist role reports to Debbie Miller Lopez, Accounts Payable Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Benefits
Compensation: $26/hr to $36/hr
