IBM ABM Manager - Enterprise AMS in SEATTLE, Washington

As an ABM Marketing Manager, you can be a pivotal part of an account focused team shaping the strategy and go-to-market plans for our biggest Enterprise accounts. Your role and responsibilities

This role requires the ability to work collaboratively as part of a globally dispersed, cross functional team, using account intelligence to build and execute effective account-based marketing programs utilising a range of tactics.

· Develop and lead multi-channel programs to drive account engagement aligned to top target Enterprise accounts (customer and prospect) in Americas focusing on acceleration & growth objectives

· Utilize a range of tactics dependent on account analysis, developing growth strategies alongside Sales and Partners team

· Collaborate with account teams to map stakeholder journeys, key account activities and communication strategies, delivering targeted, personalized engagement strategies

· Work with the global team to launch personalized and engaging experiences ranging from microsites, white-glove physical and virtual events, and produce scalable content, including executive briefings, blogs, videos, and infographics

· Drive digital awareness through paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Demandbase, and personalized microsites

· Leverage data, insights, and best practices to design, implement and report on effective ABM campaigns and programs across multiple channels and platforms

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Experience in Demandbase and Salesforce

  • Confidence collaborating across marketing and sales leadership and cross functional working

  • Proven experience in devising scaled ABM programs, including 1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many

  • Able to prioritize and manage process to drive programs forward

  • Understanding of key business challenges within IT and software development, top IT initiatives, industry forums, groups and buying processes

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • At least seven years of professional experience, including one year of ABM marketing experience

  • Experience in the software market and with a B2B software sales cycle
