As a Host Person, you will be instrumental in the restaurant team's success, offering exceptional guest service with a warm and inviting first impression. Essential Job Functions: Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness Extend a warm greeting to guests upon arrival and express gratitude for their patronage upon departure Continuously replenish beverages and condiments, paying special attention to coffee and tea, while regularly checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction Receive, record, and coordinate reservations and special events at the restaurant Aid with rolling silverware, replenishing condiments, and restock supplies as needed Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations Physical Demands: Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or its equivalent Experience: Minimum 1-year Host Person experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred Hotel experience preferred Food Handlers Certification required Spire Hospitality is an equal opportunity/AA/Disability/Veteran employer.
