Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Supervisor to oversee contract requirements and schedules. This role involves maintaining proper staffing levels, adhering to quality control and performance benchmarks, and ensuring work responsibilities are allocated effectively among subordinates. The Janitorial Supervisor will also be responsible for training personnel, coordinating with facilities leadership, managing cleaning supplies and equipment, and issuing reports as needed. Attendance at meetings and in-service training sessions is required. The supervisor will meet periodically with subordinates to review service status and address any deficiencies.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Seaside, California.

Work Environment

You will be working nights managing the late night staff at CSUMB. The shift is Monday through Friday from 5pm to 3am. You will be managing upwards of 50 janitorial staff at any given time and will be reporting to the manager.
