We’re seeking a dynamic Sr. Creative Manager (Brand) to lead the development of our brand’s look, tone, and feel in the marketplace. This role requires exceptional visual and design skills, as well as mastery of color, composition, typography, form, and story. The ideal candidate will be a key team leader, collaborator, innovator, and problem solver.

Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with the Director of Brand & Digital to shape, evolve and activate a world-class creative vision for the brand
Translate consumer marketing strategy into compelling, performance-driving creative
Lead design from concept to completion for cross-channel campaigns and assets
Create and maintain a library of brand assets including photography, video, etc.
Progress and refine standards documentation
Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to plan, concept and design cross-channel content and messaging
Manage internal and external creative resources and partners to ensure work achieves project goals, meets quality standards, and is delivered on time
Manage and art direct graphic designers, contractors and fulfillment partners
Oversee fulfillment partner and process to improve speed to market for new and custom creative assets and solutions
Mentor and develop in-house creative talent through design reviews, individual coaching, and ongoing learning opportunities
Assist internal creative services team as needed
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Experience / Skill Set
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional work experience
10+ years related experience
Strong understanding of design theory and concepts to create effective visual communication with hierarchy and balance (typography, color, space, contrast)
Highly proficient with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Experience in developing designs and creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, web, offline and print
Experience setting direction and overseeing designers
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment
Excellent presentation skills – both within the department and to stakeholders
Impeccable attention to detail and design sensibility
Think and act both strategically and tactically
Tenacious self-starter with a passion for effective communications
Strong desire to mentor – both in and out of the creative department
