TAD PGS, Inc. Site Leader in Scottsdale, Arizona
We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aSite Leaderto join a leading Company located in theScottsdale, AZsurrounding area.
In a safe, efficient, and professional manner, the Site Lead plans, directs, and coordinates site activities to ensure that the client's needs are met and/or exceeded by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. They will direct vendors and execute the service delivery of preventative, corrective, general maintenance, and special projects. Repair building as needed to include HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and overall facilities maintenance. Other duties include but are not limited to, assisting in the management of the operating budget and the facilitation of the established work management processes
Responsibilities :
Perform routine and on-demand maintenance on facility equipment including, but not limited to, audits, responding to alarms, system failures, and facility occupant complaints
Manages the site HR process and submits completed reviews on time
Manage the site employee training matrix and site safety requirements with contract documents
Develop key client relationships
Ensure associates are serving internal and external customer's needs
Attends all required customer and company meetings
Be familiar with and apply building safety and industry codes and regulations
Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for management analysis
Oversee and accompany all vendors on site for any and all work performed during normal and outside of normal work hours
Respond to facility and equipment alarms, electrical/mechanical systems failures, and building occupant complaints
Maintain and update all asset lists, records, logs, and documents in a manner that makes them accessible
Basic Hiring Criteria :
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Minimum 5 years of experience in facility/plant engineering and maintenance supervision
Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Driver's license
Desired Qualifications :
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Experience with the following types of equipment: HVAC, Fire and Life Safety, Docks and Locks, Overhead Doors, Cranes and Hoists, Landscape, Pest Management, Janitorial, Air Compressors, Substation and Switchgear, UPS Systems, Pump and Plumbing Maintenance, Basic Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electrical and Mechanical Skills are required
