As the Senior Manager, Benefits , you will have strategic oversight and lead day to day administrative operations of onsemi’s group benefits programs in North America (group health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, and 401(k) plan). You will lead or contribute to the development of competitive and cost-effective employee benefits program offerings. You will lead a team of benefits analysts providing excellent customer service to onsemi employees, leading the implementation of new benefits plans, improving existing programs. Responsibilities also include administration of the company’s wellness program and leave of absence administration.
