THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Recruiter, you will work effectively with internal stakeholders, interface directly with candidates, possess great communication skills to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing candidates. You will be responsible for utilizing creative sourcing and recruiting methods to identify top-performing candidates for multiple open positions across all departments (Sales, Client Services, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product). RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full-cycle recruitment for all department requisitions for multiple hiring managers

  • Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving interview process forward in a timely manner

  • Organize candidate feedback and facilitate interview pre briefs and debriefs

  • Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience by developing and maintaining strong relationships with regular touch points and diligent follow through

  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to define and redefine requirements and attributes of ideal candidates while setting a recruitment strategy for designated roles

  • Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles quickly

  • Source both active and passive candidates utilizing creative strategies and techniques

  • Pull hiring reports to deliver to internal stakeholders

  • Drive offer process, including offer approval, extending offers and closing candidates

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

  • Knowledge and past use of applicant tracking systems and other web-based recruiting services such as Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.

  • Experience with Workable ATS preferred but not required

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates

  • Passion for building and managing a diverse pipeline

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to pitch in and assist with other projects and share responsibilities on an as needed basis
