MMC Receptionist - TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT - R_274444-6153 in Scottsdale, Arizona

This role is a temporary position lasting approximately 6 - 8 weeks.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure incoming calls are answered timely and directed to the appropriate party
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner
  • Open and/or close the main lobby area
  • Oversee the physical and electronic mail distribution (incoming and outgoing) process
  • Prepare commercial lines insurance policies for distribution by adding bookmarks and signatures within the PDF documents
  • Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, collating, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year receptionist or customer service experience
  • Regular and predictable track record of being punctual and dependable
  • Ability to engage in face-to-face interactions with clients, guests and employees
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Adobe Pro

Preferred:

  • Previous receptionist experience within insurance industry
